I find it disgusting that Touch users should have too pay for something iPhone owners will be getting free of charge, especially when you consider how much LESS Touch users get in the update!
In fact, I believe that updates such as this, major or not, should always be free across the board. If M$ were to charge each time they were to release a Service Pack, which like the OS3.0 update, does little more than make the device do "what it should already be capable of" then there would be a public outrage as well as a whole new slew of law suits.
Touch's are already expensive enough without having to pay continually everytime Apple have to do some work in an area they previously forgot about in the past.
OS3.0 is not a new operating system, it is a cover up of mistakes.
Give it to the iPhone crowd for free, but don't make us Touch users pay for the privaledge of a crippled PATCH!
